Programming
Programming has always been fun for me. It started with a TI computer when I was 7 years old, in which I programmed it to draw a bicycle on the screen. After that it was a program written in basic which asked you simple questions (starting with "Hello what is your name") then responded in a conversational manner based on your input.
During my freshman year of college, I went to the Visual Studio .NET IDE (Interaged Development Environment for .net programming) launch event so I could get a free version of Windows XP. I also got a free version of Microsoft Visual Studio .NET. I didnt use the VS.net initially, but after learning to use an IDE in my computer science class, I went back and installed VS.net. I used my experience with ASP (which uses visual basic scripting) to learn Visual Basic.net. I created a bunch of programs, both fun and usefull, in VB.NET.
Here is the list of programming languages I currently know, with my proficiency in them and if they were self taught.
